The Journal — a blog publishing educational content about skincare science, PDRN, and skin barrier health.
Premium PDF Guides — downloadable digital guides covering skincare routines and protocols, available for purchase.
Product Recommendations — curated skincare product suggestions, some of which may include affiliate links.

3. Use of AI-Powered Tools

By using the Ingredient Decoder or Barrier Scanner, you agree to the following:

You are submitting information voluntarily and understand that results are generated by artificial intelligence and are not reviewed by a licensed medical professional on a per-use basis.
You will not submit content that is unlawful, harmful, offensive, or that violates the rights of any third party.
You will not attempt to manipulate, reverse engineer, exploit, or misuse our tools in any way.
You understand that AI-generated results are approximations and may contain errors. PDRN Science is not liable for any decisions made based on tool results.
You grant PDRN Science a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to process your submitted data solely for the purpose of generating your analysis results.
You will not upload images of individuals other than yourself without their explicit consent.
You will not upload images containing nudity, minors, or any illegal content.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on pdrnscience.com — including but not limited to text, design, graphics, tool interfaces, blog posts, PDF guides, logos, and AI-generated analysis formats — is the intellectual property of PDRN Science and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.

You may not:

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, PDRN SCIENCE AND ITS OPERATORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SITE, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

Reliance on AI-generated tool results.
Adverse reactions to any skincare product recommended on the Site.
Loss of data, revenue, or profits.
Unauthorized access to your submitted data.

IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR $100, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

10. Indemnification

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect. The invalid or unenforceable provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable.

15. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Disclaimers, constitute the entire agreement between you and PDRN Science regarding your use of the Site and supersede any prior agreements or understandings.
